Equipment and directions

Specify the venue, audience size, languages and required directions. Booths, microphones, receivers or a platform must fit the setup. Agree explicitly who supplies and supports the equipment.

Team and preparation

Longer assignments may require interpreters to alternate. Staffing, breaks and duration are planned around the programme. Provide presentations, scripts and terminology in advance where possible.

Dates, availability and duration

Enquire as soon as the location and date are known. Availability depends on languages, subject and location. For urgent requests, give the actual deadline; we confirm availability only after checking. For longer events, we discuss breaks and whether a team is needed.
